Always try to machine with the ball end mill in a 34Z34 up manner or horizontal movement. Reason The center point of the ball doesn39t cut very well. Proceeding in a horizontal vertical down movement the ball end mill will tend to 34Pound34 as it can39t cut in it39s rotational center. I think I have said this twice times.
